Description
Spianata Piccante is a salami from the Calabria region of Italy made from select pork cuts, seasoned with chilli pepper and other spices. The salami is pressed until it takes on a typical, flattened oval shape. It has a distinct flavour ideal for palates who crave a bit of spiciness.
All the pork meat comes exclusively from Italian Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) pork. Parma and San Daniele
