This rustic flavoured salami is the result of the processing of select Italian pork, seasoned with salt, herbs and spices, and stuffed into natural casings. It is left to mature slowly in a cellar, preserving all of its typical characteristics of softness and mellowness. It is thanks to the perfect integration of ingredients that this salami is so aromatic on the palate, with its intense red colour, which gradually fades to white in its fatty parts. When cut, slices are compact and even. This is the perfect product for those who prefer finer ground meat, as this salami is extremely soft and delicate on the palate. The end result is a unique, recognizable product, a synthesis of the nature and culture of its territory.
