Salame Margiola is a product born at the heart of Franciacorta, and also known by the name of “Rete”. The coarsely ground mince is flavoured with spices, which give it great a character and personality. Stuffed in a large natural casing, Salame Margiola lends itself to a long seasoning. When cut, slices are beautiful, compact, and bright red coloured. A special product that is a must for a platter of cold cuts.
