Strictly manually processed, by knife tip, in order to obtain an unground mince of large pieces of pork
FRANCIACORTA SALAMI
Franciacorta Salami is an exquisite quality product. The flavourings originate from an old recipe with roots in the traditions of the Franciacorta farmers.
RUSTICO SALAMI
Perfect for those who prefer finer ground meat, as this salami is extremely soft and delicate on the palate.
BRESCIANETTO SALAMINO
A very soft, subtly flavoured small salami, very finely ground with a sweet, slightly spicy flavour.
FRANCIACORTA SALAMINO BARRICATO
Made from the best cuts of Italian pork, it combines the softness of Brescianetto salametto with the strong flavour of the barrique-aged Franciacorta red wine.
CHICCO SALAMINO
Chicco Salamino is a type of Brescianetto salami made in a mignon format (of about 30 g), tied in rows of eight, which invite you to cut one slice after another.
MARGIOLA SALAMI
The coarsely ground mince is flavoured with spices, which give it great a character and personality. When cut, slices are beautiful, compact, and bright red coloured.
SALAME CUCITO
The wide stitching of the casing allows the seasoning to be particularly slow and long.
SALAME CINGHIALINO
Prepared with select wild boar meat, combined with pork fat to ensure its softness.
SALAME DI CERVO
An intensely flavoured salami, made from medium-ground venison and pork meat.
SPIANATA PICCANTE (VACUUM-PACKED)
Salami from the Calabria region of Italy, seasoned with chilli pepper and other spices. It has a distinct flavour ideal for palates who crave a bit of spiciness.
