Description
This pancetta bacon is sprinkled with herbs, absorbed over a period of rest, left to dry, and then smoked in order to acquire its typical taste. Flavourful but balanced, it comes in red and pinkish white layers that melt in the mouth with a delicate softness. This pancetta is aged for about two months.
