Description
Salumificio di Franciarta’s Seasoned Coppa, homegrown, is made from the meat of Italian pigs from carefully selected farms; it has a distinctive, sweet fragrance, partly derived from the Franciacorta red wine, used in the initial phase, in which the flavor is imparted. Delicately flavored, it is bright red in the lean parts, alternating with a pinkish white of the fat.
In addition to its exceptionally lean consistency and uniform quality, our Seasoned Coppa stands out with the softness of its slices and its extremely sweet flavor, since only tiny amounts of spices are used in its curing. It is seasoned for at least 90 days, and conditions in the cellar give this cold cut a truly outstanding quality: soft, tasty, and with a unique fragrance.
