Description
Salumificio di Franciacorta’s Seasoned Lonzino is one of the leanest of all cured pork products. Made from the choicest part of Italian pigs, this cold cut contains only the minimal amount of fat needed, for a soft, flavoursome end result. Slices are bright red in colour, with very occasional thin white streaks of fat. The fragrance is delicate and slightly spicy. The skilful production is reflected in the precise use of spices, which make the meat pleasantly tasty, but not salty.
Curing in the cellar for at least 90 days completes the production cycle for this excellent product, which will delight even the most demanding palates.
