Description
A speciality of Salumificio di Franciacorta, and a typical product of the Brescia valleys, is the pot salami Salame da Pentola. It is made from a mix similar to that of seasoned salami, modified to obtain a leaner product, and distinct from other boiled meats. Its texture is dry, medium-grained, and very mildly seasoned.
